  Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks. Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. - The room was beautiful... vad folk säger » , and the host was very helpful. The location was quite near the Palais de Papes (with its associated parking lot, useful when we rented a car.) I would definitely stay here again.

  We enjoyed our stay thoroughly - in a suite on the top floor with a beautiful terrace with a view of the Palace of the Popes, where we had our welcome champagne in the afternoon sun and watched the night lights over the palace after dinner. Fantastic atmosphere, oil canvas on the walls, antique furniture pieces - an experience of time travel. The foo - The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

  The apartment was unique and charming and the hostess delightful. She spent so much time with me giving me travel tips, it made my trip so much more interesting. - Host is charming helpful and friendly. A lovely space to relax in.   Budget apartment, convenient for sightseeing - 10-15 min walk to almost all main attractions in Avignon. Central train station and tgv shuttle bus also within 10 min walk - very convenient if you plan to take day trips to other places. Outside festival time this is a very quite area of town - Lovely helpful staff in reception. Simple self service accommodation. Small kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, electric hob, microwave and fridge. Warm (our visit was during cold weather). Comfy bed. Local shops for groceries and meals. If you want service (we didn't) then don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure, convenient and good value.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely authentic interiors in the style of the Enlightenment. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast in pleasant interiors (optional - in the garden) and with magnificent views of the Palace of the Popes and the garden with apple trees, roses. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

  I was very pleased by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The location is ideal - in the old city within easy walking distance of the Tourist Bureau and many nice restaurants and cafés. But what most impressed me was how helpful they were when I had a sudden medical emergency which led to several days in the hospital.   The hotel was clean and tidy, the hotel hired cycles which was an easy way into town and the food/wine at the restraunt was excellent. - Ideal place to be relaxed.   Caza Sereyna itself is a beautiful place. Mme Colmas is welcoming and helpful. I felt as if I was staying in the home of a friend. My room was large and airy and had screens on the windows so no problems with mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent with home made preserves. There was an excellent evening meal offered most evenings.   The reception of Mike is outstanding. HIs professionalism, warmth, friendliness and his suggestions for dining or going on tours is fantastic. This alone made the stay at Le Miedieval a treat in itself. Well done a 10/10 for you, Mike. The other staff were polite and friendly as well. Very good mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast and excel - We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to everything and Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful. If you don't like Michael, you probably don't like people. He was great for info and anything we needed. We always enjoyed our interactions with him. Room was spacious, a bit dated, but the building itself is very fitting for the town. Not 5 star, but a very nice place. Loved the location. Room was clean, just needs an update is all. I would stay here again.
