  The service is really good which has the feeling of going home. The internet connection is good. The position of the hotel is perfect, which is only 100 meters from the main bus station to Avignon and other major places. The city of Apt is very good, which can be basis for the Luberon area.   No frills, but the rooms were clean and commodious, beds comfortable. Breakfast (at 5 Euros or so) was excellent. A really great value for the money. - Great value accommodation. Tight but functional room. All you really need. On-site parking. Lovely reception staff. Good value breakfast.

  We were a group of three girls, had a comfortable 4night stay in a clean spacious room with a large bath room. The building looked still new and Spa, Kitchebette, Secure car parc all facilities were as discribed. In fact they were much better than I expected. There was a free coffee machine downstaires too. There is one thing I'd like to sugge - Large, modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent shower. Free wifi which stretched up to the bedrooms ! Great little kitchen with full sized fridge. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee, spa and gym . Good use of available space outside including parking. Best of all are the 3 free bikes we were able to use for the whole day. The bike path ran from outside the hotel to our friends house 9 Klms away !

  The hotel is a typical family run provincial French hotel. A bit tatty around the edges but full of charm and character. Our room was small but comfy. The en-suite bathroom was large. We booked a room with a small balcony which was well worth it, had a lovely picnic watching the world go by below us. The owner is very cheery and the WiFi is good. ... vad folk säger » It is a ten minute walk to the town centre but in the same block is an excellent restaurant, boulangerie & bar. Across the road is a local shop se - The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, specifically a place to eat. The manager called 6 resturants before finding a place that would accept a reservation.

  The husband and wife team owners of Le Palais are simply the best! You couldn't ask for anything more in your hosts, kind, very hospitable and if you're staying in Apt you have to eat in their reasonably priced restaurant, the food is great cooked by the lady proprietor herself. Nothing much going on in Apt as it's a service town so it's an idea... vad folk säger » l place to base yourself for exploring Provence if you don't want to pay loads for accommodation; all the villages/sites are a short drive away. Go, - Friendly and welcoming owners, helpful with everything: carrying heavy suitcases up and down narrow stairs, making tea late in the evening, accomodating breakfast hours etc. Room spacious and cheerful, balcony overlooking the square, large bathroom with tub! Location excellent, in the centre of Apt, close to restaurants (though wish we had tried hotel's own pizzeria), shops and huge Saturday market. Excellent value for money, and so is the breakfast (charged separately)

  The owner Stefan was a great host. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and large windows. Breakfast was tasty and ample. The town of Apt is also one of the prettiest in Provence. All in all this was a very charming, comfortable, and delightful small hotel. We would have loved to have stayed longer but we were on a mission to head north. ... vad folk säger » - We had a cozy room, simple and cute a la provencale. The terrace on the last floor gives you a nice view to the cathedral. The breakfast is served there, the owner did the best for us to enjoy it. Very well located, right in the city center.
