  Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very professionally run hotel. One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.   The beds were very comfortable - firm, but not rock hard like some ofthe other hotels we stayed in. The staff, particularly the young man whoregistered us, were very helpful. We will def - Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train and there was no problem checking in. Emilie was a great tour-guide and made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories.
