  Service and staff were very caring. Location was by the water and nice walking tracks. It was very quiet place. Apartment had full kitchen and was quite comfortable. It was good value for money (included free Wifi and cable TV) and within short bus trip to the city. Sauna was also inside, as well as washing machine.   Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. This is one hotel I always check first when I have to stay at Tampere and have already recommended to a lot of - Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.
