Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.

Very convenient location - has a back entrance directly from train station platform. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and cheaply in one room, with twin beds, sofa bed and extra mattress provided free-of-charge. Has a small games room for children which we used and separate saunas for men and women.

Service och omtanke - Vi fick vårt hotellrum redan på förmiddagen, då vi anlände. Parkeringen av bilen bekvämt och nära till hands. Verkligen bra frukost. I receptionen talade personalen svenska.

The room was clean, new and really fresh. There was a fully functional kitchen with microwave oven, sink, coffeemaker etc...
The breakfast was also good with everything we needed.
The staff was friendly. We felt homey :)

I found my room to be perfectly clean on arrival. Keep it up Omena! The supplied facilities were ideal, perhaps at least the addition of some plastic plates and cutlery would be great addition for a quick take away. Modern hotel with good facilities. As there's no reception, you'll receive a code on your mobile phone - I didn't have any problems with this. CCTV is used for safety. A help line is available, which I used and the issue in my room was sorted immediately.

I really appreciated the destination of the hotel, which was pretty close (approximately 1,5 km) to the Tampere Railway station. I also liked the idea of having a fringe and a microwave oven, also a kettle and some amount of coffee and tea in the apartments. A presence of a grocery shop and several cafeterias is also an advantage. -
