  Lovely little hotel, very cosy. The rooms we were given were big and confortable, with a pretty romatic decoration. One of the rooms had a balcony with a view to the lake, a pleasant place to spend part of a sunny afternoon. The hotel location is nice and also convenient, between the market place and the fortress. We were very happy with our stay.... vad folk säger » - =the staff was extremely helpful!! I arrived much earlier and they let me check in, however, had to change the room which was a minus, but it's not the hotel's fault. As well, they served breakfast 30 min earlier (6:30am) on my request due to early departure. And the breakfast was great! =location is 50m away from the lakeshore

  Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind to us and gave some tips to see places nearby. - Pleasant farm living in the peace and quiet of the Finnish countryside. Good breakfast in a welcoming atmosphere.

  Excellent location in the very heart of Punkaharju nature reserve. A starting point for biking trips or hikes. The swimming pool is nice and not really crowded. Breakfasts are ok. The place is really peaceful and quiet.

  We stay there for a weekend, when we wrote to make enquiry and their reply was quick and helpful. Reception Mia is super helpful and friendly. Maria is also very nice, we have to check-out very early at around 5:30 am and they even prepared breakfast in advance. I did really appreciate it. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good... vad folk säger » and we were free to use the laundry and grill which was excellent. Our room for four has a bedroom, a small kitchen. All the utensils were very clea - Pleasant 5 min walk from the centre. The area is within beautiful old army barracks, nice old wooden buildings. Very polite helpful staff. Room was kind of small but the functionality very well thought. Absolutely clean and quite recently renovated room. I give 10 points for the value for money.

  The owners, a young couple, Kalle & Laura have kept the the cottages clean and comfortable. The whole place is huge and relaxing. It is value for money. The kitchen for guest use is well equipped with a beautiful lounge with couches and TV. The smoke sauna by the lake was an interesting experience. A comfortable and relaxing place that i - The best place ever. Actually, nothing to complaint about. We stayed at the main building and our room was very beautiful, clean, big, with nice views to the fields... Breakfast was also great: most of the food was home-made. A nice way to find out about Finnish food.The surroundings were amazing since the bed snd breakfast is close to a lake where you can boat free of charge as well as fishing.

  The hostes did speak English, but she was very friendly and kind. The location is really wonderful and picturesque, and very calm (in the middle of Jun). The arts and crafts museum was a really interesting place.   We stayed for 2 nighs. The weather was bad. But cottage was excellent:more convinient, saune, wonderful facilities, fire place. We had a magnificent weekend. Thanks o lot! Especially thanks, the staff on reception! We got a lot of information about castle and museums that region. - Good location, not so far from Russia. Good value for money.

  The location is very good, I wish we'd come here in the summer to enjoy the nature. Living space is tight but would accomodate five people. Distance from the nearest cottages is fair, so one would not suffer from noise and debauche in case of drunken neigbours.
