  The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms vary in size, but mine was quite spacious, even by American standards. The hotel has character.   Large quiet rooms. I found it to be a sanctuary of quietness. Breakfast is nice and good value for what is provided (it isn't cheap, but the quality is high). Bowls of fruit on every floor. The location is good, an easy walk from the Station and to the city centre.   Very clean (in terms of hygeine and design). Beautifully and simply designed w/ nice materials, un-fussy and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Included breakfast was nice and coffee was good. Convenient location for walking into all parts of town, w/out having to be in the thick of downtown. Considering all of these positive points, - Close to centre. Great staff, friendly and helpful and there 24hrs, nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast and great to have hot drinks machine available at all times.

  Great food in the restaurant, all the staff were fantastic. Great quality bed and bedding, suite 6 was excellent. Location is right on the river, ideal for cafes, bars and shopping - It is a very nice facility, with very friendly staff. On the weekends (in particular) a little noisy, because of the "entertainment district"

  Excellent facilities and the small balcony a good add on. The staff were really helpful and the small kitchen well equipped .The location is very convienent ,as is the parking. - The room was equipped with its own kitchen & fridge which was very convenient, and the room was very clean.
