Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10
meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room,
good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice
view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the
price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to
anyone going to Prague

Hotel Description: a 5 stars hotel, newly open on September 2013.
Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station.
Hotel Staff: Smiley helpful and looking for your comfort.
Hotel Room: very small for 5 stars hotel but very well furnished.
Hotel Breakfast: Poor.
Hotel Room View: No view at all
Hotel Price: Maybe expensive for 5 stars hotel.

First of all, we would like to thank Zdenka, manager of the Hotel, for her hospitality.
A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning:
- tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct

- the apartments with the fully equipped kitchen (we have stayed in Room 14) were really spacious, and clean, -
Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception.

It is the find of the century.This is probably one of the best places to stay whilst in Prague.
It feels like visiting a home with a large eat in fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms nice living room and several bathrooms.
The location is great and the price is right. -

We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.
