Servicen från receptionen, mycket trevlig personal. - Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern.
The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

I loved this hotel. from the moment we entered they made us feel at home & were so friendly & informative.
the room was clean, lovely & light file, with a private door to a garden. Tea was immediately brought to our room with sweets!

beautiful apartment that's fantastic value for money. You're
only a few moments from the old town square, the Charles Bridge, and a

We loved staying here. It felt like a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was quiet and luxurious. The property had everything we needed: full kitchen, large table and chairs, and two beautiful bedrooms with super comfortable beds. I would absolutely stay here again! -

The apartment was HUGE, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas. Washing machine and dishwasher! Very stylish and roomy. I'd stay here every time I visit Prague!
