  Perfekt läge i stan - Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous.   The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced.   The room was large and very comfortable. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Also easy access to public transport which will take you close to the Old Town and other areas of interest.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging.   When I arrived at almost midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk said I did not have a reservation although I had my confirmation. He did find a room there for me and arranged a taxi for the early morning. Good location and price. - I stayed there years ago and wanted to return.   The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste, it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and pillows... vad folk säger » , very nice design bathrooms, perfect B&O displays plus very good breakfasts! - Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
