We had a warm welcoming by a man who was very informative and helpful. All the other staff members were mostly great also (a family is running the hotel). Our room was fantastic with a great view. The fitted carpet was a bit dirty but the overall impression of the room and the bathroom was clean. We didn`t hear any sounds from other rooms, except of some footsteps from the corridor. Excelent location, 5 minutes from the castle. Great to come back from
the city at the end of the day, chill out in the bar next door and then
come back to the castle to enjoy the night. The way to the guesthouse
(it's not a hotel) is a little steep (Nerudova st) so if you are
coming from the metro station or even from the square nearby, hold your
breath (beautiful little street though!)! Breakfast simple but nice.
The place was in a perfect location for exploring Prague on foot - just outside of the busiest area near Charles Bridge, but right beside the Castle. Martina was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations of what to see and where to go. Breakfast was also great.
The very old building in the center of Prague 5 minutes walk from the
Prague Castle. Clean, very friendly owners, good breakfast. Children up
to 10 years free of charge. Good price/quality.

Location is good, near the Prague Caste and the beautiful city park on the top of the hill.
One of the hotel keepers was a bit indiscreet by making a suggestion to leave tip for the hotel before leaving. Tipping is part of the Czech culture and that is ok but as a hotel keeper you should be enough delicate to understand that tipping is always something that is under customers own consideration.
They don't take credit cards, but I guess it's normal for small
places like this one. The wi-fi is not so good and room service could be
a little better (we stayed 5 nights and the changed the towels on the
last night only).
No air conditioning - although we did have a fan.
They could do more to ensure that there is an English speaking member of staff available at all time. There were times when there was no one available who spoke either English or German.
1 minus that wii-fii was very slow.
Could not get two single beds for two people.
As B&B they should improve their beds and breakfasts... The pillow was extremely thin and bed was not really for tall people. The breakfast was very basic. There was no possibility to pay by card, only cash.

Rooms are not cleaned every day.
Rooms don't have black-out curtains, so one is bound to wake up with the sunrise.
