  We got the executive double room with the view of the river which was fantastic, and the room was very spacious with really classic decor. The cleaning staff are really thorough - I'd come back to find all my toiletries rearranged! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good too. On a good day it's - This is a truely wonderful hotel, the rooms are spacious for what one can imagine a room in a boat hotel, perfectly clean and well decorated. Its very quiet, although the hotel is 10 min walk to Charles Bridge and to central square. We have enjoyed the beautiful river view and feeding ducks from our room window) The restaurant is a very good one, the dinners we had there were perfect (and with live jazz music on certain weeks days!), and the breakfasts are well served too.   Overall good hotel for the price we paid however its not a 4 star hotel but more like nice 3 star hotel. The hotel is basic but really clean with basic but nice furniture. Nice bathroom as well. The breakfast was fine, perhaps there could be more choice or the cold meats a cheeses or perhaps if they changed the selections the next day. We stayed 5... vad folk säger » days so it was quite repetitive. The staff was excellent as they let us change the room and gave us options from several rooms to choose from. Also - Rooms are large (except smaller ones on the top floor), reception staff is very friendly and helpful, location is great, very close to major Prague attractions, metro stop 2 minutes away, good and cheap public transport connection to the airport (1,5 euro). There are numerous shops and restaurants at close distance. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby. Maybe not a 4 star hotel, but nevertheless one which allows you to sleep well and relax in good conditions for a reasonable and modest pr

The hotel is really clean & staff from Reception to Breakfast area is absolutly helpfully to give any information. Internet at whole hotel really fast. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3.   The best about "The Art House" is the location. It's close to a Metro Station, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Jewish Section. There are several Bar/Cafe downstairs which are nice and convenient. The management team arranged shuttle from the airport to the flat with us. The part-time young driver picked us up easily. He's well mannered... vad folk säger » and can speak English and Russian very well. The check-in manager was patiently waiting for us in front of the building. You can find bakeries for br - Central location, very convenient for access to the Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter. The management team were very helpful, we arrived a few hours early and we were able to access the apartment. Being picked up and taken back to the airport was a real help. The living/kitchen/bathroom area of the apartments were spacious but we found the bedroom rather small but did not detract from our break. We would certainly use The Art House again.
