  Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Also the heaviest room door! Room has everything you need and as place is new, everything is in good condition. Good price for a just-off-centre location and good for transport links. Bit of an (out of centre) view from my 7th floor room. (Also, one of the top beer bars, Pivovarský... vad folk säger » klub, is just round the corner.) - My stay was excellent, position perfect 2 stops on metro to old town, very newly renovated and very clean, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was also very near to the bus depo. So top marks to B&B Hotel, Prague.

The hotel is really clean & staff from Reception to Breakfast area is absolutly helpfully to give any information. Internet at whole hotel really fast. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio... vad folk säger » n. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... vad folk säger » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

The apartment was great spotlessly clean , modern , comfy bed , nespresso machine ( much to our delight !! ) really hot shower , plenty of towels and great heating ( which was handy as -5 outside !!) The location was brilliant - only 5 mins walk from the old town square ! However although so close the apartment was in a very quiet... vad folk säger » neighbourhood so we weren't disturbed by pubs / nightclubs . We were here on honeymoon and I'd recommend the apartment and prague for anyone seeking - As a seasoned traveller, I can say - hand on heart this was one of the best mini break experiences I have encountered worldwide. The transfers from and to the airport were perfect. The owners Hana and Vaclav were friendly, informative and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious and modern and perfectly located just 2 minutes walk from Old Town Square. I had previous stayed in a very well known 5 star hotel in Prague, however Agnes Apar
