Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

Extremely clean and well equipped. Great value for money and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Quiet residential location. Hotel opposite offered budget price meals. We arrived by train so expected a 30 minute walk which wasn't a problem. Communication with the renter by email was very good. Good internet connection for small extra fee.

Very kind and helpful owners, who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Comfortable, bright new apartment, with underfloor heating in the bathroom - lovely in winter! The apartment is a short walk from the centre of town and also from the surrounding hills; it's easy to see everything KV has to offer. -
