Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too.

The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.

New and spacious apartment at the very heart of Karlovy Vary. We travelled with an infant and were extremely happy to find kitchen fully equipped for cooking.
The hotel manager Arthur was very friendly and did his best to solve all our problems as soon as possible.
That was our third visit of Karlovy Vary, previously we stayed at Kolonada Hotel.
