location of hotel - less than 100m from the nearest of the springs, and the river which flows through the old town. The room (316) was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was fine (apart from the coffee). -
Staff was very friendly. Hotel has central location - just few meters from the natural springs. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

You have to walk uphill on way back to the hotel, but it was not a problem (for a young couple) and you can use lots of bus lines which stop in front of the hotel. The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade. Right under the Deer Jump.

The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.
