We got exactly the kind of basic accommodation we'd expected with
lots of pluses: clean room, clean bedclothes, extra rolls of loo paper.
Heating, hot water and fridge worked all right, no noise at night either
from the street or the adjacent rooms, reallly friendly staff speaking

Good value for money, little far away from the main city but very well connected with the public transport- bus stop directly opposite the hotel entrance, 2 stops to the metro station and then line C to the main town.
Breakfast was good too, enough variety only that you should try to go a little earlier and not wait till the last minute as they stop refilling after 9am though the official time is from 7-9.30 am. Room was decent sized too, clean and good for the amount of money charged
