  Great Hotel! very papering stuff, excellent service. We told them it's our honeymoon and recieved some extras :) No kids alowed in this hotel, so it's quite. Amazing view, beautiful beach and pool. - Beautiful setting, very peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was excellent - very spacious.

  The service was very good,especially at a very hot time of year + alsoat peak season.the pool bar staff were excellent,wanting to serve ourevery wish - I was in gym,at the swimming pool,at SPA.Walking along the beach.

  We did enjoy two perfect weeks at a house were everything was as told in the letsbookhotel.com.And even better! The staff was easy to get in touch with all the time and we felt it was important for them to let us know that they really wanted us to have a perfect time. The house is five to ten minutes walk from the stre - Awesome villa! Everything was clean! Truly luxurious and relaxing! Beautiful garden and swimming pool! Right above the famous beach of coral bay! We really enjoyed the spa and the game room! Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful with a big smile! On my next visit to Cyprus I will definitely book this villa! It was more than we expected!

  When we came to Cyprus and saw vila, we was very excite. Koumasia Dreem Vila is real Dream home. We was surprised how good servise, how cleane home, how good place there are.   Very good place for families as well as for couples who want to relax and spend some time at the pool or on the beach which is only 5 min from the resort. Amazing view from the hotel.   Finns inget med detta hotell som går att klaga på. Från dagens första vistelse till den sista var det ett rent nöje. Bodde i den nya delen där rummen var otroligt fräscha. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och de frågade saker spontant med en inlevelse som att de verkligen var intresserade av ens välmående. Perfekt läge till både den vackra stranden... vad folk säger » och alla restauranger. 100 m upp till huvudvägen i coralbay fanns även ett riktigt stor supermarket där man kom väldigt bra undan prismässigt. - The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to a very good standard. Costa is as usual his ever effervescent self and along with Bella are fantastic members of staff for the owner Stavros to be able to rely on. Would recomm - Thank you for a lovely holiday, always felt welcome nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

  The children who are 15 and 7 loved the water slides, lazy river, and swimming pools. This hotel is especially, good for families, with food and drinks always available. The food was well cooked and very varied. Management were happy to help at anytime and to tend to any problems.
