My experience was horrible since the first day, when we arrive to the hotel they can't find my reservation then my rooms wasn't available until 10 pm we arrive at 1pm, we stay four days and just one day the staff clean the room (a lot of hair I the floor left the mop) no toilet paper nor towels we had to request those in the front desk every day. The rooms too small I requested two rooms (quintuple and triple) overall was a horrible experience I never go back to San andres either any blue cove . alla recensioner »
I liked very much the building, the pool, the rooms, and specially the
Natural pool it has in the Cove. This is an amazing thing.
The Service was really bad. Specially the food service. Launch and
dinner were the same, there was no refill. It rub out of food easily. We
stayed 4 days and the menu was extremely repetitive! We never had any
snak because they run out of them. The swimming pool was close at 6pm.
Really early!!! We had to complain in order to use it later..
- Towels were not prepared for 2 day and it took 2 hrs to be prepared
- employees of the hotel was not kind
- the room and bed covers were dirty
- bathroom was dirty.
