It was quite and close to my brothers appartment in Laurelles - one of the nicest neighborhoods in Medellin with several very nice restaurants very close by.
Only the Manager spoke some English, no one else. The stone floor in the bathroom had no bathroom carpet and was incredibly slippery as you stepped out off the shower. I slipped and accidentally broke a small ceramic tray by the sink as I slipped. I mentioned it the front desk the next morning and was charged $15 dollars at checkout for damage. Outrages!
Quiet area , quiet place , good place to rest ,
The location is not bad but it's better to stay close to zona rosa
The location, the layout and facilities in the hotel. The staff tried to help and were very friendly.
No one in the hotel spoke English, so it was hard to speak to them and order breakfast, we had to rely on a local translator. There were no drink making facilities in the hotel, to make a hot drink..ie kettle in the room or area for hot drinks.
