  Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need... vad folk säger » . Ask for a room upgrade on a high floor. You might get lucky like I did. - As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite.   This small guesthouse is run by a very friendly team. It is within walking distance of the Shekou ferry (about 5 mins walk) and is parallel to the main road behind the small post office. The garden is absolutely picturesque with many different types of exotic flowers. We had drinks and dinner in the garden restaurant and it was very relaxing. The female dorm very clean and above my expectation, easy access to shekou port and metro station. Favorable place to stay in shenzhen. I'm really grateful that staff so polite and helpfull when i'm asking about so many things, they help me to going around by bus to Fairy lake garden. I'm extremely recommended this place to everyone who love cozy and quite place to stay for leisure :D

  I couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel.   I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with 3 other colleagues, the hotel facilities were good and the staff excellent, they spoke clear English and were always very helpful.
