Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another
room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English.
Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The river
view was splendid - I gained some fame twitting a twilight pic of river
and barges -

The top level bar has excellent views of the city and is a great place
to have a drink. Rooms are modern, luxurious and well equiped. Good spa
and gym facilities.

This is my favorite hotel in Shanghai. Before it belonged to Langham Group and service was better at that time. Guess now it is under Chinese management and service is slightly getting worse. But location, atmosphere, design is still perfect. -

It is nice hotel, good choice for bussiness or family/friends trip. I spent 7 nights and felt like in freind's home. Breakfasts were very good and there were choice between local or european cuisine. Hotel is situated in old french district It is very quiet place neer beautiful park. Good connection with other districs by subway. -

We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop.
The room was great - spacious, with a desk, fridge, tea making facilities, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Lots of space for our one year old

This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

The hotel sets global heating and cooling and that is the temperature you have in your room. I complained fou7r times in ten days. My room was like a furnace and I had the thrmostat set at 18. There was WIFI in the lobby and wire internet in the room. The room, towels and bathroom were clean. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

very good value. the room was confortable and clean. professional staff speaking english. no wifi in the room but cable connection working fine. it is far from the interesting part of the city, but very conveniently located right at the exit 2 of the subway, line 1.

The location is fantastic (I lived in shanghai before and it is for me
the best district in terms of charms, local designers' shops and
underground bars) And it is very central. The staff was very nice apart
from the reception desk (blasé) but it can become a game to try to make

and spas are in the walking distance. Quiet place. Double room is ok

Nice hotel with good rooms and good beds. Very good to stay at if you are planning to fly the next morning. The free shutte bus will just take 5 minutes to the airport. Very convenient for Pudong airport transfers. Room was very comfortable and well kitted out with kettle and variety of toiletries. There is a treadmill on site, free and fast Internet, and free shuttle that goes to the airport regularly. Lifts are very quick despite 9 floors of rooms. Doormen are excellent at helping ith cabs if you can't speak Chinese.
