This is a world-class hotel in a world-class location. We upgraded to the gold level at the recommendation of the front desk. Great advice as the treatment is first class. The food in the Cathay Room is top notch and the manager is gracious. - The Fairmont Peach Hotel is one of new favourite hotels. The service was outstanding from the moment we were collected from the airport and during our whole stay. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

  Great hotel in great location. Good food in the hotel and also many choices for eating in the shopping centre next door. The Metro just outside the door makes it easy to get to downtown Shanghai or a taxi is easy too. - Clean, comfortable. It is very easy to find everything that you need in this hotel.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... vad folk säger » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
