The staff is very attentive and it was a great place to stay.

  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc. ... vad folk säger » Theconcierge service was very helpful getting taxis and explaining to thedriver where you were going.   This was the best place we stayed in china! The staff were great! We swapped emails and I will defiantly be retuning just to stay here and see my new friend! The staff would help with anything you needed, great advice, helped book tours, great english. One night they even cook my and my parents dinner :d loved it! Prefectly located as well, easy t... vad folk säger » o get a taxi and to walk to many places. - We thought the staff, Xiao wei and Gu jie, were excellent. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring. It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.
