  The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards.   This was our second time staying here, this time I booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It is very basic, which was fine. One bedroom does not have a window, this might put some people off, tbh it suited us as I did not have to keep worrying about our youngest falling out the window.   This is a choice for accommodation that delivers on multiple aspects. When one thinks of Shanghai, The Bund pops up not long after. This hostel's locations is ideally ON THE BUND!!l!! It offers on a budget what others pay hundreds of US dollars for in other forms of accommmodation. Subway is also not too far from the hostel. I defin - Brilliant location right by the Bund, excellent places to eat nearby. Short easy walk to Metro 10 mins max but lots of cheap taxis at the end of the road. The friendly staff spoke English and gave 5 star service! Nothing was too much trouble. We had a triple room on 4th floor with free wifi in the room and free internet in a computer room on the same floor!! The beds were comfortable and clean, shower powerful and hot. For less than £7 per night per person, in our triple room I have no complain

Very good access to internet, Wi-Fi in the room was perfect. Breakfast very good but but for only Asian food lover.   Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun... vad folk säger » d station in Shanghai. It is also very close to the start of the main shopping area. - We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

There surely are other hotels with a prime view, like Hyatt On The Bund, The Peninsula, Shangri-La on the Pudong side of the Huanghu river but compare the rates.
