  The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful and gracious; they even arranged to have a small tart delivered to our room to celebrate my birthday! Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of foods and cooked-to-order eggs each morning.   It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay.
