The facilities are great. cooking facilities and washing. very convenient for a family of 6 (4 adults & 2 chidren). nearby supermarket and fruits stall make it easier to buy fruits, vege etc for cooking.It is also very near to dongzimen and Donsishitiao subway station. Yashow imitation market also about 20mins walking.there is also muslim restaurant 2 blocks from here, 1 more on the way to Yashow shopping and 1 muslim shop at Yashow food courts. we had our pulled noodle there.. :)

No housekeeping. no replacement of towels and bedsheet. although Robert mentioned the housekeeping work will be done every 3 days, they only come to clean the kitchen and toilet. and the matress is very hard.

Enjoyed my stay at Yuanjia apartments. It was a delightful alternative to staying in a hotel. The location was ideal and close to everything I required for business as well as socializing. My apartment was as described and was not in need of anything. The on site manager, I think his name is Robert was attentive and helped with everything I required. I will definatley plan on staying here again as I visit Beijing approx 2x a year.

The location is near the Airport express 2-3 blocks, also 1.5 blocks form another subway. We called the hotel on arrival from the airport express and Robert met us there to easily guide us to the hotel. Nice staff - stored luggage for 4 hrs after check out free. Thick towels, not charged for water or anything we used in the room. Free WiFi - Chinese rate hotels differently - I would rate at 2 stars.

Hard to find if we did not have help. The hotel reception is in back of a lobby leading to a upstairs hot pot restaurant. Dryer did not work but washer was handy.

The Yuanjia apt is a great choice for those traveling with families. It has similar or lower price comparing with other 3 star hotels but you get much more space and convenience, such as in-room laundry and fully- equipped kitchen. The apt is within walking distance to a sanlitun barstreet and is surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants. Across the street is the Ginza mall, which has many restaurants in the lower floor. Next to the hotel (to the north) is the crowded eatery street Guijie, you can get delicious food even at midnight. I saw some remarks with regards to finding the location,but personally thought it was fine. Let's not forget you're in China, with a different culture, sign in English is not everywhere. Maybe a call to front desk for direction is a good choice as they speak good English. I had no trouble finding it coming from the airport express, it's right there just cross the street, walk down the street and it's on the left. The location is brilliant too. It's centally located in the Embassy area, walking distance to airport express and subway line 2,which takes you to the main attractions within half an hour. Overall a pretty good stay.

There was nothing about either apartment or the service that I could criticize. The bed, sheets and pillows were quite comfortable and I found myself looking forward to getting back to my secluded studio apt at the end of long days running around hectic city. What amazed me most was that I could not hear a thing at night. Here I am in a city of 22 million people, and I was in complete solitude.

10min walk to subway. Quite easy to locate this apartment. We are enjoying using the washing machine and dryer. The manager is very helpful as we just need to give him a call and he will come immediately to solve the problem. Letting us to check in early and check out late. Walk down from the apartment there are few restaurant serve good food.

Towel is not that clean. Can easily find stains on it. Recommend to bring ur own towel.

The location is very convenient to the airport express and subway which gets you to almost all the tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and bright, the bed and bedding comfortable. There was a small heat wave during our visit, so we really appreciated the efficient A/C and the drinking water provided by the apartment. It is great to have laundry facilities and wifi was helpful. Recommended!

Stayed here on a planned 1 night layover on my 2nd trip to Beijing. I selected the apt as it was walking distance from the Airport Express Subway. I was satisfied that it was fair value for the money if staying a few days and you are going to make use of the complete kitchen to cook some of your own meals. There was a convienence store where you could get most essential suplies. There is no breakfast in this hotel because it is an apartment. Location is very good, room is clean. Overall a good stay here.

Our family stayed here while vacationing with another family. Each family stayed in an apartment with the apartments in different buildings. The rooms were comfortable and convenient for people traveling with children. We had a fresh water dispenser, washer/dryer (with laundry soap), small kitchen with stove and fridge. Both rooms were furnished in a similar manner--not fancy, but clean and adequate for our needs. The manager, Robert, spoke enough English to answer any questions. He made himself available as needed and was very friendly. He also assisted in arranging a driver as needed. At the end of our stay, we had a difficulty (not related to the apartment) and Robert went out of his way to help us.

It would have been convenient to have had a clothes drying rack (in addition to the dryer) in our room.

We had a good stay, the kid loved the fast Wifi. The A/C was perfect. It was nice because there were two double beds which is hard to find in China if you want your entire family in one room. Location was great as well.

very good apt in a great location, clean room with big bed, fast wifi, the best shower water pressure I've had in China. Overall much better than a same even higher price hotel room.

Walking distance to the subway, bus terminal, airport express, restaurant, shopping mall & etc with nearby fruits stall. Strong Wi-Fi, security, lifts are available. Complete with cutleries & house items.

Towel is smelly nevertheless it can be washed before use.

Good service, perfect location, 2 min from metro, quiet apartment. Perfect for a family of 3-4. All other facilities on walking distance.

The space was excellent for 5 people, and it's hard to find a space that big. It had free laundry facilities, a good bathroom and shower, a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and stove top, and opened up onto a balcony sort of roof. It's location was pretty close to Dongzhimen Station which was convienent for buses, the metro, and the airport express.

The place was extremely difficult to find on our first try. We recommend calling a number and having them meet you somewhere because there are no signs. Also, we went in winter; the place has excellent heating but was actually too hot at night. They have no control over the temperature, so you might have to sleep with a window open (even in Beijing's winter!).

location is good, 5 minutes to the underground which is very important with traffic jam in Beijing

the service apartment building looks worn out and dirty, the area is also dirty, the room is worn out, looks a bit dirty, no one clean the room. we stayed 6 nights with only 1 time cleaning for us.

We were a little disappointed when they arrived. Despite the fact that our arrival were keenly interested in the night before, it turned out that the hotel is a little too conspiratorial, no signs, like the floor was in the depths of another hotel. I had to call up before moving, because could not find their way where is our "hotel". There was an impression that the owner owns Apartments is alone no reception saw the cleaners, the money received in the room. The truth has issued a card with a code on wi-fi, everything worked. Repair of old, like the 20th century. And if the furniture collected by friends, all raznokaliberaya. Little lighting ... Although life had everything: a refrigerator, and a microwave and a double hot plate, and even an iron and ironing board and starilnaya machine. But all of this out-of-date. A little depressed. And in general, if you come just to walk around the city and come only to sleep - quite comfortable! The beds are huge, clean bed!
