  First of all, I am really thankful for the relentless support on the part of Marta, manager of the hotel, who really made me everything and especially the necessary arrangements I needed prior to my arrival and during my stay. On behalf of myself, she deserves a standing ovation My room was cleaned on a daily basis and was really confortable. Desp... vad folk säger » ite the fact that I stayed at the ground floor, the location was quiet enough and I had a great time during my stay. Marta also helped me book several - The room was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent and the area was spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate of juice, cereal, yoghurt, bread, cheese, ham, pastries and tea & coffee. The hostel is located in a quiet area and about a 15min walk from town centre. The staff were very helpful even with their limited English and our limited Spanish. Overall very satisfactory.

  Very lovely helpful family. - The location is great - super close to the center - and this may be the best shower I've had - both for heat of water and for water pressure - in two months around South America.

  Arriving at the Plaza was a "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover" moment. My initial misgivings were completely unfounded. Brilliant staff, adequate breakfast, comfortable room, good bathroom, useful location for exploring Punta. Good stop over spot or centre for further exploring....easy walking to a couple of good restaurants and bars as well as the... vad folk säger » waterfront/wharf area. - We found the rooms very comfortable and warm with a good bathroom, excellent wi fi and good breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful in spite of our poor Spanish and there was generally someone with good English to help with car hire, parking etc. Excellent value for money and a great location in the centre of town.

  People were friendly and helpful. They manage to find someone who spoke English to help us. Breakfast was good. - The people who work there are very friendly, they helped me if I needed. Nice shared bathroom

  The personnel was extremely helpful and friendly! The apartment is very spacious with lots of light and spotless! The shower is excellent with lots of pressure! Overall all the facilities were more than enough! Mattresses make your sleep wonderfull. If I ever return to Punta Arenas, I will definitely stay in Apart hotel QUILLANGO! Highly - I stayed at Quillango twice because it has a very good location (only a few minutes by foot to Buses Fernandes for Puerto Natales), the owner & staff are very keen on making your stay as pleasant as possible and the rooms are bright, new and comfortable. They are well equipped in case you want to prepare some food for yourself. Ordering taxis through the reception (to the ferry dock, to the airport) always worked perfectly well. And the price for this is very fair.
