  Awesome location and the design of the building is incredible. They were voted number 1 hotel in the whole of Chile in 2012 and rightly so - Great example of revitalising un-used/historical buildings. They did a fantastic job !!

  It is a great hotel that met my expectation, great location, very clean, new facility, excelent staff that know how to treat people. It is a very green hotel with a lot of efficient features like almost all light bulbs are LED. I would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Puerto Natales - The location is great for access to restaurants, shop... vad folk säger » ping, and the waterfront. At the same time it provides a very quiet environment. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us.
