  Very cosy Lodge,nicely furnished,great beds with soft linen, beautiful vieuws,breakfast with fresh warm bread and lost more, but important very friendly and helpfull owners. We had car problems and they were really helpful to fix this problem.   Fantastic staff, great services including washing, equipment rental and service desk to book buses to Torres del Paine along with onwards travel plans. Very clean and VERY Comfortable beds with fantastic showers and Hot water...perfect after nights out in the National Forest.   Stayed here 2 years ago as part of prepaid tour. Obviously liked it since we're back. Very attractive, Eco friendly, really rather luxurious at a good price. Excellent breakfast included, good meals available As before very friendly and helpful staff with good English - awesome views from bedrooms and common areas. Beautiful hotel very modern

  The hotel building is nicely designed, very cozy from the inside, with a wonderful view from the roof top terrace. Very quiet location. Wonderful view from my room over the bay and towards the snow-capped mountains in the distance.   Lucy and Marisol are excellent, super friendly and helpful hosts. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was very generous and when we could not connect to wifi = we have an older computer which struggles at times with weak signals = they gave us their laptop for the evening and just asked us to give it back in the morning. Casa Lucy is loc... vad folk säger » ated about a 10 min. Walk from the main square, but Puerto Natales is small and very walkable. We would certainly stay at Casa Lucy again. We came bac - Rooms are spacious and breakfasts are ample with a toaster on each table (nice touch!). It is only 10-15 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk from erratic rock for T-P orientation. Lucy is wonderfully helpful. She will put out a thermos of hot water anytime of day for tea or coffee. They also store extra bags for those going on Torres-del-Paines trek.

  Staff does a great job of helping guests with needs. Many of them answered questions about the Torres del Paine park for me. One wonderful woman helped me to make sandwiches to take with us on our hike one day. Hotel was extremely comfortable, warm, welcoming and a wonderful place to return to after a long day of driving and hiking within the park... vad folk säger » . I honestly wish we had more time there to relax and enjoy the wonderful views high above Puerto Natales if we hadn't been so busy seeing the Torres - 1. The bedroom. Best night of sleep the entire trip. 2. Bath was full size. 3. Excellent views. 4. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5. Good breakfast.

  We have been here twice. The woman is very nice and although she doesn't speak english she makes you feel at home. City centre is a 5 minute walk.
