As an overseas traveller it was great to stay in a place with some authentic decorations, eg old snow shoes and sled etc. staff at the management company were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back. I like the location , it's cleanliness the suite and the staff.and was thrilled of the invitation of the owner but I didn't make it. location could not have been any better for mountain biking or skiing.

Located within the village. Location and convenience. Location next to lifts. Located right in the village. Affordable. convenient and comfortable. Room was nice, met our needs for space and ammenities. location. Nothing it was noisy, hot, run down!. was disturbed cause my suite is close to the carbage and I can hear the noise everytime people throw their carbage. Can get loud if festival on Beds uncomfortable and no extra blankets. Mattress could be updated. Unit is dated with antlers on the wall and old furniture style look. nothing. Check in sign/direction s/b posted at outside of Carleton lodge NOT next to the elevator inside where new guests unable to view (due to unable to enter glass door without key pad). We have to walk around, look for check-in counter or sign, unable to find instructions and go to restaurant and asked. Then restaurant staff told us check-in counter located at Sundial next door. Dirty - there was hair everywhere and what looked a lot like dried boogers on the bathroom wall. Loud - the unit we stayed in (#208) is located very close to street level and is extremely loud all night. Check-in was painful as there is no indication from letsbookhotel.com that you don't check in at the lodge itself. We had to search around and finally visit the tourist information center before learning we needed to check-in at the Sundial hotel. That sort of information is very important. The blinds were broken so you couldn't open them to enjoy the view. The instructions for in suite use of washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub were not in an easy place to find. Never did get the jacuzzi tub to work. Very disappointed. No air conditioning!! Slat missing in the blinds, room too light at night, even with curtains closed. Beds way too soft. Very noisy... Partiers kept us awake until 2a.M. "Penthouse" condo was outdated, and practically nothing worked. washer did not work and inconvenienced us greatly. Dryer was also not dependable. microwave would not work if you used the dishwasher at the same time. staff did not talk to each other so if one promised something, it was not followed through. would NOT stay here again. Why would booking offer such accommodations?. Our condo was old and falling apart I had a list of 21 deficiencies when we left!.
