  First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. - Beds were wonderful. Had a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   Strategically located very near to the airport ,close to the market for your daily need & other eating joints,the sky train station just two blocks away, and the expansive & picturesque Munroe Park just behind it - great place for the early morning strolls, I stayed there for a week with my family. It was like a ' little home away from hom... vad folk säger » e' with ever smiling & always eager to help staff especially their young lady on the front desk who was of immense help in whatever you needed to - This is an airport hotel and our expectations were realistic. In fact, they were surp[assed: we had a couple of problems which the reception staff helped sort out+ both generously and efficiently (many thanks to them). It's on a main drag in a largely Chinese area; there's a big shopping mall 5-7 minutes' walk away (turn right on leaving the hotel) and a choice of local restraurants. Parking is safe and free; continental breakfast perfectly ok. Airport a short and easy drive away.

  Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. - Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!

  We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose.   I got in at 4 am due to a flight delay and the staff let me stay later than the usual checkout time. - It is pleasant, comfortable, practical and clean with everything we need at hand and any information easily obtained. In a week of staying at a few hotels in Canada yours was one that we will stay in again. The beds are wonderful!
