Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more.
We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.
