  Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... vad folk säger » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

  It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My stay was neither business nor lesisure. My daughter was in the hospital. The hotel was close enough to walk there. - The receptionist offered me to explain the different sites to visit in the city and the map, buses to take, good places to eat and it was very kind.

  WE both got sick the day before we went away so it was hard to enjoy our time to much that was was nothing to do with the hotel they were a great help. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious! Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Montreal, could not have been better! Would definitely go back!

  Opus Hotel was centrally located to all main attractions, cafes, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff was very courteous and made our stay a welcome one.   The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the heart of the LatinQuarter. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms decorated nicelyand extremely quiet to our delight.   I had to change my flight in to Montreal last minute to a red eye so missed sleeping the night at the hotel but I did come for a few hours next day to rest after flight and the hotel allowed me to stay for a few hours past the check out time.
