  The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport/hotel shuttle, with a very helpful driver - My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. A 25 minute drive to downtown Toronto, where the hotel rates were triple, the parking was more than double. It was far more pleasing and without the feeling of being crowded, like the downtown Hotels are. Toronto is too big, too busy, and too expensive.
