courteous staff, helpful. hotel was very full due to marathon weekend, (I was a participant). they were geared up for the event. The hotel was quiet, I slept well. I would consider staying there again.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. Lovely view out to The Empress Hotel, downtown and some water views. Staff was gracious and helpful. The pool area was also nice. Wish we had had more time to swim, but water is deep (5-9 ft). All

we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we
used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！
