Our room location was very quiet as it was on the back of the hotel. This hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. On site restaurant was also friendly and service was fast. -

Very nice place to stay. Large room, tidy and warm with big TV :) Wi-fi available. Close to the Airport. Shatter anytime you want. I would highly recommended Crystal Star Inn. -
Location near airport.
Allowed us to leave vehicle while we were away as long as we stayed the night before departure and the night we returned from our trip.

Great service; close to the Edmonton International Airport; quick courtesy pick up at the Airport and transported to the hotel. Room was very comfortable, shower great, very clean & tidy; great Wi-Fi access and speed; lots of choices for the TV service. -

Clean, big rooms. I booked an Executive King room (and paid more) specifically because letsbookhotel.com's website indicated it had a hot tub. Turned out the hot tub was by the pool, and available to all hotel patrons. The front desk staff graciously upgraded my room in a matter of minutes to a jacuzzi suite, which was awesome. It was quiet and close enough to Edmonton that we could travel back and forth easily. The rooms were very clean, roomy and well laid out. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but useable. I like the modern look of the hotel. The pool was great, the childern loved it. I liked how the exercise area looked into the pool area through glass, instead of a blank wall like most of them do. It was sad that the hot tub was not working

Most everything, but the 03:30 rolling of the whatever cart I was in room 204. I liked the use of the wi-fi, the cleaning of the room everyday, and the layout of the place. I was not there for entertainment but job related stuff. -

We chose this hotel because it is only 4 minutes from the airport and shuttle service was included. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel is new, everything is pristine. hi, we loved everything about our stay, the accommodations were perfect..the pool and hot tub spotless and we had it all to our selves, lucky us!
everything is so new, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, wish we could have stayed longer but flew out the next day, the shuttle was prompt we were so close to the airport, no worries

As expected this chain offers very comfortable beds and air conditioners that are quiet and WORK with clean rooms and pleasant decor. Hampton Inn's have the best breakfasts by far and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast at this location ENJOYED his job, and it showed. How refreshing! -

The hotel was very new so it exceptionally clean and well laid out. The front desk lady was so polite and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and very roomy. The locations was awesome for an out of province traveller heading to Edmonton. Definately would stay at this hotel again. -
