The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. Ideal for family with children. The beach is very close (5 min walking); the studio is fully equiped for self catering. The complex has swimming pools,supermarket very close, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for children. You can also have a great trip to Sozopol with a minicar just near the complex.

There was a small playground and room with toys that was very appreciated by our 14 month old. :)
Pool never too crowded. Very close to the beach and a short walk away from the old town, good location.

A huge resort far from Sozopolis. There were everything in the room for cooking breakfast or dinner, perfect view from our room but there were rooms without view - Beautifully laid out development finished to a high standard and with wonderful views over the bay. Lovely pool areas with plenty of space and loungers.

Even staying there during the winter for one night can be a pleasure. Hotel is new however I seen they still try to do some thing better. I'm sure during the summer this place can be really nice for singles and familes. Sozopol is only 5 min by car - relaxing athomsphere

The best thing about this hotel are the staff! Wonderful, sweet and helpful, they were what made us feel at home. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, but nothing special, the view from our room, however, was stunning! Do specifically request a sea-view room, it is absolutely worth it.
