  We were delighted. An amazing opulent & luxury hotel in a fantastic location, with superby facilities, helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout, sumptious rooms and exceptional value for money. The photo's of the hotel on letsbookhotel.com website are show just what the hotel has to offer - viz. everything you could wish for. Having und - Extremely comfortable hotel. We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

  This is the second time we have stayed here as a family. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre. Also Bulgaria Mall is only a 3 minute walk away for any shopping needs.   We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful. It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway. It was very easy to find the hotel with a GPS but using the coordinates not the address. The restaurant is also very good, we had a good an - The hotel is brand new and the rooms are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant is really good and the prices are reasonable - not more expensive than a restaurant in the centre of the city. The breakfast is made to order and there is lot to chose from. There is also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna... They were all included in the rate of the room which makes this hotel great value for money. There is also a free underground parking.
