  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...

  It was great value for the money and great location for us (we attended an event in South Park).   A lovely boutique hotel tucked away from the noise of the major streets yet close to everything a tourist needs. Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped; comfortable beds. The staff speaks English and is very helpful and friendly, breakfast is good and if you decide to try the restaurant there are lots of choices of tasty food and good drinks. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a - Breakfast was excellent. I was too late for dinner. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the interactive staff spoke excellent English. The bathroom was beautifully clean. After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted. This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

The service was excellent and always caring for the wellness of the guest. The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels. The location is perfect because there are many stores and mall of Sofia very near.
