  Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Our executive double room was fantastic! Big comfy beds. Clean bedding and towels every day. Big balcony. Nice bathroom/wetroom. Good quiet aircon in room. All windows opened. Double aspect room. Lovely big room. Some friends were staying at the St Petersburg 5* hotel. The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  The room was fine - not especially elegant, but with all the modern conveniences which make for a comfortable stay. By far the most striking feature of the hotel was the superb service at reception. From the manager downwards the staff gave the impression of being part of a motivated team which genuinely cared about the well-being of its guests.

  Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean. They have suits with separate bedroom and lounge which offer more space, but as we are heating milk for our little one still, took the studi... vad folk säger » o rather with the kitchenette. The internal shutters in the room are great for a lie in, though remember to set the alarm as they allow almost no ligh - The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street. The room was very clean, and the bed confortable. The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

  The location & general situation of the hotel were superb, the food was excellent, and the staff worked very hard to accommodate us. [We were a group of 7 people--question 2 above did not cover it; and we were in Plovdiv for a wedding.] The Hotel Exotic was a great choice for us. - The hotel is good, the pool is also good.   We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The suite was lovely. One staff member speaks french quite well, the other staff members a little english. Reasons - good location to the centre - 10min walking to the covered walking bridge, clean room and surroundings, service always with a smile, big room with a great view towards the town and river.
