We found everything to be of high quality and exceeded our expectations. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was perfect for our ski holiday and useful to have a ski depot for storage of equipment. All in all I would recommend not only the hotel but the whole resort.Complex Kamelia is well placed for both summer or winter outdoor activities. A big thumbs up from us.Looking forward to returning next year already.

It was my 2nd time at Complex Kamelia. Beautiful apartments equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Variety of TV channels. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent WiFi connection in the lobby area. My apartment had a stunning view over the lift. The stuff was expellant. The location and the hotel were top. The spa was pay free. The hotel is close to the sky center lift and the city of Smolyan too. We went there at this season (spring) and was marvelous (everything was green). We are absolutely satisfied. Two bedroom appartment spacious, clean and very warm. Nice view. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff helpful and polite. Nice food (breakfast buffet and restaurant). Very cosy atmosphere in the traditional taverna - barbeque. Brand new hotel with perfect location for those practicing ski sport. Very nice and comfortable apartments with all facilities. Our apartment has been very good designed. Friendly staff. everything was perfect great value for money. The only small issue we had was that the open fire in the apartment caused smoke in the apartment above which meant we could not use it. Internet in the apartments is only with cable. It would be so nice if there is WiFi there too. The only think has to improve is the path connecting the central road with the hotel. I think that the winter is too difficult to approach the hotel by regular car. Smoky smell when fireplace was in use. 10 min uphill walk to the nearest ski lift. It's just brilliant! There is anything not to like !. Hiring of extra staff at the food areas would increase efficiency and speed of service. There was a little problem with the internet wires. The spa center is very small, but really pleasant. there are no washing maschine in the room.
