  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly.   I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel.
