Excellent guesthouse - sparkling clean, with big and well equipped rooms
and great guest kitchen. Delicious breakfast (try different kinds,
especially the Bulgarian option). Very friendly and helpful family. Kids
loved the space and a lot of opportunities for games in the yard. The

Ivan and Raina are wonderful hosts. Their guesthouse is very nice and our room was great.
It was very spacious, it had one king size bed and one sofa bed.
The breakfast was incredible, and the cheese pie delicious.
We had dinner there in our first night and it was very good and very cheap .
We strongly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

Staff is very friendly. The hotel is few steps away from ski lift, which is great plus. The room is very clean and there is enough hot water and the room is warm. Don't be fooled with cheap 4 starts hotel since they may lack heating or hot water.

The restaurant offers excellent food with domestic specialities. Do not miss this. The rooms are unique in design, each one on its own. I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
allowed

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great.
