  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room .   Excellent! Magical! Astonishing! I must say that I have visited many hotels in my life and i don't remember having stayed at a more cosy and pleasant hotel. The service was outstanding, the food even better, the rooms are massive, and very home-like. Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

  Everything is perfect. The villa was amazing. It was equipped with all the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good. It is really comfortable and nice for families or couples.

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
