Arrangements were easily made and all staff appeared competent at their job. Staff were welcoming and professional. Rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Staff, room all top grade. Facilitated a request promptly and with courtesy.I liked the design, the fact that there are no narrow corridors to get to the room. The room was quite large, new and spacious. The staff at the front deskwas very helpful, frendly and informative. The breakfast was quitelarge, and very good.

I suppose Wi-Fi avaliability could be better in at least lobby. In the rooms the signal is too weak. The welness and Spa could work after 9:00 pm and for business travelers this is important. The staff seemed a bit amature for that level of hotel.Our car navigations system failed to find this hotel in Bansko. The rooms are in a seperate building to the hotel reception. More information of Bansko surrounding trips excurtions could be on display or in room. Spa was not working all the time. Was not over impressed with the restaurant attached. I didn't find the interior of the pool really cool. breakfast was poor and dinner was served individually, no buffet!. We have no view from our room(1st floor). Spa service could be better. Poor quality breakfast. we have not so great view. The shuttle bus was late almost every day in the afternoon. One day we waited 45 min (instead of 15 min. according to the schedule) and we took a taxi, and another day we stayed 30 min and again we took a taxi (but this time hotel paid the taxi, which we consider that was profesional). Breakfast was good, but same food every day (boring). the breakfast was very poor ans almost the same each day. No plates,pots or pans are provided so the mirco wave and hob was not alot of use.breakfast could be better. I wish that the facilities, like the sauna were free. The parking should also be included in the room's price. The breakfast was unacceptable for a four star hotel. I would say it's suitable for a two star hotel.Extra charges for use of pool and sauna. Poor breakfast.Lack of hot water in the morning and late evening. Having to pay extra for everything, no bar after second day, no provision of kitchen utensils (tin openers, bottle openers, knives etc). When departing nobody available who spoke English with whom to settle the bill. Nobody answering phone or mails wrt still trying to settle the bill. The crush getting into the minibus going to and from the Gondola.Bus, not designed for carrying skiis. Very basic appartment but still value for money.Rooms have very bad lighting, bad taste in general in furniture etc. The garage which is actually the basement of the hotel has no lift connection to the rooms and the luggages have to be lifted and transported accross multiple stairs.The quality of the breakfast is very poor. The street around the hotel are in very bad condition. On the site it is mentioned that the hotel is close to the gondola but this is not true, it is approximately 1km away.We travelled out of the ski season so it was expected to be quiet in the hotel however it was almost closed - I had to ask at reception each time i wanted to use the pool / spa facility. Water for the shower was cold at 7;30am not acceptable. Only one member of staff spoke English which made asking questions difficult especially when we wanted to leave at 8:00am and couldn't pay the bill!. Rather dirty, very unprofessional staff, terrible vistas, not 200m from the gondola, no free wi-fi.We had to cross a road in open air to use sauna steam bath ect. Poor finishing, all showers in all four rooms leaked badly, basic furniture and stark magnolia walls. The rooms and hotel were more like 3 star than 4 star even by Bulgarian standards.
