  The location is just perfect. It is right in the center of the old city center (upper city). A perfect location to explore Salvador. The area the hotel is in is newly renovated and is safe to walk around freely during days and nights. Staff speaks really good English and are extremely helpful. We went for a professional capoeira show in the evening just about 5 minutes from the hotel – supposingly one of the best in Brazil. - The hotel is charming. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful and accommodating I've found in all my travelling. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed could have slept 4 people! The location of the hotel was great for tourists, shopping (although touristy shopping mostly) and taxis were abundant and within a 1 minute walk. Good restaurants were plentiful within walking distance as well.

  The owner is lovely and so helpful, especially as she has great English. Amazing breakfasts and nice touches to the rooms such as the DVD player and DVD library and proper plug in Mozzy killers. Brilliant location just off the Quad and a lovely pool area to relax in.   Good location, on the beach front but with the pool between the rooms and the main walking front and restaurants so not noisy at all. Staff was great, very helpful, some even speak English!   Hotel was beautiful and our favourite so far ( and we have stayed in many). The bungalows are beautiful, clean and very romantic. The hotel has been kept pristine and the manager is always around and is very helpful. Staff are very friendly too and can give advice on travelling around. DVDs and books can be rented for free which is nice. There are... vad folk säger » cute monkeys and and crabs in the rainforest surrounding the bungalows which is wonderful to watch. There is loads of privacy and the atmosphere is l - Great personnel: professional, helpful and friendly. Location is simply amazing, if you look for a quiet beach where you can enjoy. For more restaurants and bars you just can make use of the shuttle from the hotel. Worth to explore beaches around and enjoy some snorkelling. Food at the hotel is good, specially breakfasts, very complete and good quality.
