Rooms are huge! The rooftop restaurant has an awesome view of the city. Hotel grounds were well-kept and clean. Location to the subway and buses are close. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Shopping is nearby. Would definitely stay there again! -

Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. -

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
