  Great place, very good room. I stayed for 5 nights. Very good service. I can recommend the hotel. Great breakfast, a mix of Brazilian and Japanese food. Wonderful. Small but very very good fitness room with instructors waiting to assist you. - Great place to stay, clean and confortable.

  The location is great. Safe and pleasant neighborhood just a couple of blocks from Paulista. The staff was so accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff who must know the rooms will never be really clean!! Maintenance was also extremely helpful with a less than efficient toilet. Breakfast was good with a very acceptable range of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices and sweets, plus a variable hot option along with omlettes to order.   The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there.   We have stayed at L'hotel several times. It is a friendly place to return to - also very clean and posh. I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! - The bed was fabulous, big and comfortable.
