  I can really recommend the hotel. It's in old centre of Sao Paulo which offers a lot of interesting spots to visit close by. The staff was friendly and suppotive. - The hotel of location is near to MRT-Republica station. It is convenient. Hotel's staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good!

  We went early morning after all night flight. Staff welcoming and no problem in booking us in at 7.00am. In the afternoon we went out and came back to find room all made up. Breakfast was good. Right in the centre of city and convenient for many things. - The front desk staff and door staff were wonderful. We felt right at home from the beginning... vad folk säger » .   This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent.   Great location, next to sé station which is run by two important metro lines. Free wifi in the room. The staff doesn't speak English but tries hard to communicate with you. The breakfast is served directly into your room via a side box. There is a fridge in the room (not very cold though).
